Remote reception

In a Remote Reception, your reception is managed by a person at a remote location through secure, high-quality video communication. This allows you to provide optimal customer service, professionalism and operational efficiency from a distance while maintaining human contact.


Digital reception

With a Digital Reception, there is no human intervention. Digital tools and software solutions are used to improve visitor management, streamline check-in processes and improve overall communication and efficiency at the entrance.


Virtual reception

In a Virtual Reception, there is no human contact but uses recorded video footage or artificial intelligence generated video footage and interactions. The AI receptionist configuration includes recorded content that is integrated into the reception process.

Remote reception

The receptionist talks live to visitors and can grant access but is not physically present. So 1 person can manage multiple receptions around the world!

Peripherals
You can provide your own hardware or you can choose from many models of 2D kiosks. More advanced are 3D holographic reality kiosks, undoubtedly the most advanced way to communicate remotely. The reception employee seems to be physically present: life-size, in 3D and with aligned eye contact which is very important for a warm and personal welcome. Receptionist workstation
Specialized software has been developed for the remote receptionist to ensure an efficient workflow and 100% service to the guest. This is to avoid a guest being "forgotten" or to avoid queues or to allow all possible transactions and interactions required at the reception desk.

Remote Reception can of course also be combined with additional features such as badge printing, access control and package management.

Digital Reception

With a Digital Reception, there is no human intervention but rather digital tools and software solutions are used to manage the reception.

You can provide the hardware yourself or you can choose from many models of 2D kiosks and we provide them with the necessary software. The registration flow and layout are completely customized. Customers provide the layout and tell us how they want their reception process to run and we take care of the implementation.

Everything is possible: guests can register on site or in advance. Emails can be sent out with all visit details such as address, host, parking facility, security measures, etc. Emails are also completely custom-made and can include QR or pin codes that start the registration process. Hosts can be notified via text or email of their visitor's arrival.

Virtual Reception

With a Virtual Receptionist, there is no human intervention but instead uses pre-recorded video footage or artificial intelligence generated video footage and interactions. The Virtual Receptionist configuration includes pre-recorded content in several languages that can be seamlessly integrated into the reception process.

The virtual reception can be perfectly combined with a Digital Reception. For example, the A.I. receptionist can provide instructions in completing the digital registration process. Combination with a Remote Reception is, of course, also common. For example, if the A.I. receptionist has difficulty understanding the input or expectations of the kiosk user, the program automatically initiates a live video connection with a human operator who can provide further assistance. This proactive measure ensures a responsive and customizable interaction.

Additional features

Badge printing

Both paper and RFID badges can be printed to give to guests, with or without a QR code that can be used for access control.

Identification

An eID card can be scanned for authentication and identification purposes. Non-Belgian passports can also be scanned.

Additional services

This customized option provides additional self-service functions for guests such as ordering lunch, reserving a cab, checking available meeting rooms or workstations, requesting general information such as WiFi code, public transportation details, etc.

Access Control

All of the above processes can be integrated with existing access control systems so that you can grant access to a site, for example, using speed gates or turnstiles. Guest identity and time stamps are recorded in the back-end. Access security is guaranteed and extensive reporting capabilities are available.

Deliveries

Most of the activities related to deliveries can be handled without human intervention. However, if you have specific delivery needs, a custom-made process can be provided. This facility can also be integrated with a parcel vending machine. Emails and SMS notification messages are sent upon receipt of a delivery.
