At KIA, we took care of furnishing their meeting rooms with screens and with tools for videoconferencing and wireless presenting. In some rooms we mounted new LG 65″ or 86″ screens, in other rooms we recovered their old screens. In addition, visitor registration software was provided for a professional welcome to their visitors.
We chose Logitech Rally Bar, an all-in-one video conferencing system (microphone + speaker + camera) with great picture quality, where the camera automatically focuses on the people who are speaking. The Rally Bar can be configured in BYOM or in Appliance mode.
We chose Barco Clickshare Conference CX-20. Clickshare Conference is a wireless video conferencing system for hybrid meetings. It acts as a central hub and connects your laptop to the audio and video equipment in the conference room, allowing you to start your meeting in less than 7 seconds with just one click via the ClickShare Button or App.
Joan Visitor Management is a user-friendly visitor management solution that allows all visitors to check in themselves, possibly using a QR code. Via mail and/or SMS, the host is automatically notified when their visitor has arrived.Visitors can also be invited effortlessly through integration with your daily company calendar (Google, Office 365, Exchange, etc.) or via the Joan Portal itself.
At KIA, a Samsung Tab A8 tablet was placed in a tablet holder. KIA chose not to use badge printing capability, nor does it require a document to be signed during the registration process.
