Imelda Hospital was looking for a solution for combined meeting room booking & catering ordering within Outlook. The Imelda Hospital has an on-premises Exchange 2019 server and thus was looking for an on-premises installation.
IKANDA implemented the solution Resource Central from Add-On Products, as an add-on to the Exchange environment, for easier booking of meeting rooms based on self-defined criteria and creating order forms.
Imelda Hospital wanted to add simultaneous room booking, catering or other services from the same tool. This is perfectly possible with the Resouce Central add-on with which you can add an order form. Through this customizable order form you can, among other things: order catering, pass on the number of people if it differs from the number of people in the Outlook invitation, pass on a new table arrangement or arrange additional things such as ordering wifi codes or parking spaces.
Service providers receive the order forms automatically and can get started immediately or can create reports by day or location to combine orders.
