The Belgian division of Motion Pictures Association, the main player within the film, television and streaming industry worldwide, was looking for solutions for Videoconferencing and Wireless Presenting and this in combination with an Interactive screen. In addition, the solution needed to be compatible with Microsoft Teams Rooms.
In the conference room, we mounted an 86-inch i3 Touch screen on a height-adjustable base. The i3 interactive touch screens enhance the ease of use and approachability of the traditional flipchart with smart, digital benefits. i3 Touch screens are excellent value for money and are ideal for presenting, annotating, whiteboarding and video conferencing.
For their mid-sized conference room, we chose the Logitech Rally Bar & Tap for Microsoft Teams® as the video conferencing solution. The Logitech Rally Bar is an all-in-one video bar (microphone + speaker) that adapts to the meeting room dynamics and always focuses the camera on the person speaking. The Logitech Tap is a touch controller that allows you to join the meeting and share content easily with one click and is fully compatible with Microsoft Teams Rooms.
The screen was equipped with a ScreenBeam, a top-of-the-line device that allows you to present wirelessly without apps or dongles from any device. The ScreenBeam is mounted behind the screen so it is not visible. When not presenting wirelessly, the screens can also be used for Digital Signage via the ScreenBeam.
Together with Motion Pictures Association, we searched for the most appropriate tools to optimize their meeting room according to their needs. IKANDA was responsible for the advice, preparation, configuration and installation on site and is also available for support afterwards. In short, Ikanda takes care of everything from start to finish.
