Business center Aalst
BC Aalst has the wish to become the most pleasant and modern business center in Aalst. To this end, the meeting rooms were equipped with Samsung Flip Smartboards in combination with Airtames so that wireless presentations can be done from any device.
One meeting room was also fully equipped with our Video Conferencing solution.

Samsung Flip
In order to be able to collaborate and present wirelessly, BC Aalst chose to purchase 3 Samsung Flip smartboards with a height-adjustable base. A Samsung flip has 4K resolution and can be used in both portrait and landscape mode and replaces the classic beamer as well as the flipchart and a touch screen. Not only can notes be made on it, but you can also present wirelessly from Windows 8.1 and Samsung Android 8 devices. To allow the other platforms (Apple & other Android devices) to present wirelessly, we have added 2 Airtames.
Airtame
Airtame is a compact device with which content can be shared very intuitively from any device, with any operating system on any type of screen (Android + iOS + Mac OS + Windows + Chromebook + Linux).
By connecting an Airtame to one or more screens via HDMI, or in the case of BC Aalst to the Samsung Flips, every room turns into a meeting room where simple wireless presentations can be made.
Video Conferencing
The most important meeting room in the Aalst Business Center was fully equipped for Video Conferencing with the Logitech Rally Plus with speakers and microphones.
Every visitor can simply continue to use his tool of choice (Microsoft Teams, Google Hangouts, Zoom, Webex, ...) and experience excellent image and sound quality.

Hardware + Installation
IKANDA always helps with the choice of software and hardware and is responsible for the configuration and installation on site. The Samsung Flips were fully assembled and configured on delivery, as was the video conferencing solution that was made fully ready for use. We are also always available for all questions after installation.
