Kohezie
Kohezie is a coworking space in Ghent where office spaces and hot desks are rented out and where consultancy services and team building activities are also offered. To professionalize their reception, they were looking for a user-friendly visitor registration system with which visitors of the different companies can easily register themselves by means of one central tool.
Visitor Registration
Kohezie has opted for the Proxyclick software that allows visitors to easily register and deregister. They adapted the layout and colors to the corporate identity of each individual tenant and additional check-in screens were added to the pre-programmed registration flow.
One account is sufficient to arrange the visitor registration of all companies in the building; visitors simply click on the logo of the company they have an appointment with and their host or hostess is notified by email, SMS or via the Proxyclick app.

Tablet, installation & formation
In addition to the software, IKANDA also provided the appropriate hardware
(iPad 12.9 "+ tablet holder with wall mount) and for all configuration.
Kohezie chose to do the installation their selves.
Afterwards we gave a short training on how Proxyclick works so that they could start immediately.
So Kohezie got a total solution with IKANDA as single point of contact.

IKANDA advised us to use Proxyclick for the visitor registration system. IKANDA respected that we are a start up business and gave us the flexibility to mount the solution ourselves. Nonetheless, they gave us a handover so we could configure everything ourselves for new tenants. When we had questions, we got feedback quickly! We are happy customers!
